Privacy Policy
- All presented products are with Egyptian Pound (EGP).
- All prices are included 14% VAT.
- Delivery date is calculated six weeks maximum after the products enter the manufacturing process.
- Payment will be 50% at signing contract (products manufacturing), 25% within two weeks from contract date
- (After initial manufacturing phase) & 25% within one week maximum before date of delivery.
- Total amount should be paid before one week of delivery.
- Delivery fees is 1% from total amount of the invoice inside Cairo started from 500 EGP minimum, Delivery fees outside Cairo is based on location.
- Company is responsible for deliver our products to 3rd floor as a maximum and there is 250 for each floor if the width of the stairs possible.
- Client is not allowed to store his products after manufacturing in the company’s warehouses on agreed date between both parties. And in case of Client requests to store products after confirmed date, 5% from total amount.
- Invoice of one month will be paid for maximum one month.
- In case of Client delayed the delivery for more than a month, Client will be accountable for painting & packaging total cost & products preparation with minimum cost 500 EGP.
- Company guarantees her own products for three years from date of delivery & this will be against
- Manufacturing defects & responsible for paying all fixing cost.
- Company can fix all its products after guarantee period under cost price as an additional service.
- Client is allowed to cancel or change manufactured products within three days only from starting date.
- Contract, after that Client is not allowed to cancel or change manufactured products never.
- Company is not responsible for any installation works (lights, frames, mirrors…atc).
- The manufacturing products is delivered according to clients’ needs and requirements and if the product doesn’t match this requirement, the client could not receive the product until We remanufacturing again for him/her.
- Deduction is calculated as per total invoice amount. And in case of replacement or returning, company’s deduction regulation will be applied based on total invoice amount as well.
